ここに事件の詳細があるが、当局者の話では駆けつけた警察官と
交戦、現場で犯人のひとりが射殺された後
犯人たちは徴発したバスで逃走した。その後数時間、
付近の砂漠に逃げ込んだ犯人を警察が5人以上射殺した。
とある。全くの嘘ではないかもしれないが作り話の線が濃厚。

 one at the scene while the rest fled in a 
commandeered bus. Over the course of the next 
several hours, police killed five more gunmen 
when they sought refuge in nearby desert, authorities said."
